eAM- Work order Release Approval

I am aware of the fact that in Rel 12 there is a new feature where in the work order can go for approval before i can start procuring the material etc etc.In AME I am choosing this seeded EAM work order release approval.The seeded attrubute which i am in need is Department.So i would need to achieve something like this.

I have set the work oorder release approval in EAM parameter too

Work order release-Should go to the person who is the department approver( already set up in EAM)-Notification should be sent-approvd by Approver-Then I can go ahead with procurement process( autocreate for OSP resources and direct items,manual POs for Inventory items since autocreate doesnot work for inventory items as i understand).
