Typically the problems are highlighted by different companies in a group,so that means people highlighting the problem raise a work request,the problem should go to his/her approver for further questioning.Once it is approved it is ready to be worked on by the maintenance department this is where EAM enabled organization comes into the picture.

The problem i am facing is in work request self request i am not finding Org A .I am finding EAM enabled organization.

in Inventory parameter screen my current set up looks like this
