Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. our customer have a rac db (oracle 11g db name is orc),

they use crs_stat -t to check resource ,find app/instance/ is online,

but they find the below cs/srv is offline,

such as

ora.orc.ora11g.cs

ora.orc.ora11g.orc1.srv

seem it not effect the db running, they still want to know why this is offline,

how to make cs/srv online when start crs Automaticly?
