Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. System Resources

Dear All,

We have a application server performance problem.

Our server shows 80% system resources but after down apps tier and db tier they

still showing high System Resource even we restart the Server (Oracle Linux Based).

We are wondering why it doesn't release the system resources.

Any help with be very helpful for us.
