11g database don't starts at machine boot in 11g2 RAC on Linux RHEL 4

I have installed 11g2 RAC on RHEL 4 (4 nodes) and I run there 3 databases, 11g2, 11.1.0.7 and 10g2. Everything works well, but 11.1.0.7 database instances do not start in server boot. It not even try to start those instances. 11g2 and 10g2 starts ok. , but 11.1 instance state is OFFLINE after boot. I can start it with srvctl without any problems.

My question is, where in 11g2 RAC is configured, what to start, when ohasd starts the cluster at boot? That's not oratab.
