Mass transfer Assets by Asset number range

 Hi,

We have over a couple of hundred assets which we would like to transfer to another cost centre. However we do not want to Transfer all of our assets from the old cost centre the new one. We only want to select the assets by number .

My questions is, has anyone been able to do this before? I have check in Oracle support and they say assets can only been transfered  Expense Account, Location.  Thanks for your help
