Hi Guys, i have more then 250 database in my server. but all the database will not be up all the time.

we are getting a request to make it up whenever the application team needs it.

i know it is very eassy to get the DB list which are UP.

thru these proscess:-

ps -ef | grep smon, . oraenv etc.

guys my question is ....... Can i get the details of ideal(Shutdown) DB without OEM,GRID or any Third party tool, scripts.

just with the help command.(Unix Command)

Can you guys help me on this ?
