Project Management Notification when task estimated finish date is past due

 Hi Gurus,

Our business has requested that we develop a custom notification process that notifies project manager when a task estimated finish date is pas due.

This is basic functionality and am assuming a std out of the box notification is available but was not able to find the same.

Could you please help point me in the right direction.

We are on 11.5.9
