PAY: Sorting XML Deposit Advice

I couldn't find a specific Payroll community, so I hope the following can be addressed here in the HR community.

We are trying to get our XML Deposit Advice to sort by EMPLOYEE_DETAILS/LOCATION_CODE, EMPLOYEE_DETAILS/ORGANIZATION, EMPLOYEE_DETAILS/FULL_NAME, but can't even get the basic sort by location code to work. In fact we have not been able to change the sort in any way.

One example of what we have tried is to put
<?sort:EMPLOYEE_DETAILS/LOCATION_CODE?>
immediately after the
<?for-each:PAYSLIP_REPORT/PAYSLIP?>
field, but that doesn't seem to work.

Any ideas would be appreciated.  We are using EBS R12 Payroll 12.0.7.
