RMAN Channel Load Balancing

 Hi,

I would like to create a RMAN backup with 4 channels, If one of the channel fails then RMAN fails. My question is, whether I can load balance the failed channel load with the existing channel or automatically by new channel.

Database Oracle 10g

OS: Solaris 10
