Unable to schedule a backup

I receive the following error when I attempt to schedule a backup.  I am using a valid Windows account with loca admin access and the account is a member of the local Windows group 'Ora_DBA'

Validation Error  
 
Examine and correct the following errors, then retry the operation:
Error - Connection to host as user backupservice failed: IOException in reading Response :: Connection reset
