Is there a way to line up the Sales Orders Others tab fields when creating a folder?

Greetings,

We are implementing 12.0.6 OM and our user community has asked that some of the fields, be moved around mostly left to right and vice-versa on the Sales Orders Others tab form.  For an example, we want to move the Freight Terms field from the right side of the form to the left side under the Warehouse field.  Doing this by creating a folder, is making the fields not line up correctly and the form looks like someone "punch drunk" created the folder.  It looks like there is an extra space or one less space when doing this.  Is there a way to clean
