Hi,

 

Not sure this is where this should go but I have an OAB questions. We have our Life Insurance plans set to suspend if the employee enters more than 250K. I had an employee in Open Enrollment enter 300K and the system suspended it correctly. Then she decided to reduce it to 250K which would mean that it should not be suspended. In HRSS she made the value change and clicked Next and received the following error:

 Row 1 Error - ORA-01086: savepoint 'DELETE_ENROLLMENT' never established ORA-06512: at "APPS.BEN_PRTT_ENRT_RESULT_API", line 9888 ORA-20001: HR_7180_DT_NO_ROW_EXIST: N, TABLE_NAME, ben_prtt_enrt_rslt_f, N, SESSION_ Cause: An unexpected Oracle error has occurred. Action: Please refer to your system administrator.
