Sales persons

 Hi, We are planning to give access to some of our non employees who will act as sales persons and they will place orders online. Since they cannot be employees we are trying to create them from the Sales persons form with the category 'Other' And would like to add the username to this resource. But it is not allowing us to do it that way. How can we attach the user name to a nonemployee salesperson?
