 Hi,
I've gotten a lot of the following entry in the alert_log:

>>> WAITED TOO LONG FOR A ROW CACHE ENQUEUE LOCK! pid=35
>>> WAITED TOO LONG FOR A ROW CACHE ENQUEUE LOCK! pid=36
>>> WAITED TOO LONG FOR A ROW CACHE ENQUEUE LOCK! pid=37
.
.
.

It's an Oracle 10g SE database on Windows 2003 Server.

Trying to do a 'shutdown immediate', the alert_log has gotten the warnings:

WARNING: inbound connection timed out (ORA-3136)

And then database hangs up at

Job queue slave processes stopped

Howdy, Stranger!
