How to get Reminder Notifications to work with AME & iProcurement - Timeouts set up with AME?

 Hi All,

We need to send reminder notifications to managers to approve requisitions (and expense reports).

We had timeouts set up for iExp and iProc pre AME installation, and these were working fine at the time, generating reminder notifications to managers as per timeout settings in workflow, and for procurement also escalating to senior levels if not approved.

However post AME implementation we are no longer seeing the reminder notifications or escalations for iProc (nor for iExpenses).

I have an SR open and have been advised that the 'No Manager Response' for iExp is no longer used when AME is in place for iExp.
