Customization framework in iSupport

Since iSupport is a customer self service application, is it possible to create/update OM/AR Transactions like update saes order/Prepayment of Order/Credit card invoice payment etc from console? If not , then is there any customization framework available through which I can make those transations through published APIs or OITs?
