Some Users cannot logon with Oracle Single-Signon
I have a user that cannot access My Oracle Support since the cutover from Metalink. The screen gets to 90% and they get an access error.
I am admin on two of our CSI's, and this user is the origional admin on all of our CSI's.
What happens if I remove this user and re-add them, will we loos access to our other CSI's?
