  Dear All:
           We face a traouble during install OFA Patch:5890961 on IBM AIX OS,  The detail is:

   When following the ReadMe to apply the ofalang.inf by execue: infile ofalang.inf there return the following error:

    infile ofalang.inf
ERROR: (DBERR04) Database ofafr_ca.db cannot be accessed because it wasnot created on a RS6000 environment.
ERROR: (MAKEDCL01) You have no current database.  You must start up (or
create) a database before defining a new object.
ERROR: (MXUPDATE05) All of your attached databases are read-only.
Therefore, the UPDATE command will not save changes on disk.
ERROR: (MXDSS03) Database ofafr_ca.db is not attached.
