Full Export Using Data Pump Failing (when launched from Oracle Grid)

Hello,
When trying to schedule a Full Export Using Oracle Grid the job fails with the following
"Connect Failed: (UNKNOWN OCI STATUS 1804) OCIInitialize. Check ORACLE_HOME and NLS settings etc."
I have already reviewed notes and made sure that the Oracle Home set in the configuration of the
database is valid and correct.
I have seen this error in the past and never sorted it out, but I really would like to now. Any ideas... as again.. data pump works just fine but when invoked from grid it fails.
