DMS: Accessing Oracle Lite (10.3.0.2) by ODBC shows no Unicode (UTF8) chars

Hi,
I'm accessing an Oracle Lite database from MS Access via ODBC. The Lite database contains unicode characters - as far as I can see the characters on the Lite database are correct (i.e. synchronisation works correctly in UTF8 encoding).
But Access does not show UTF characters, but garbage characters. As a ODBC connect to the server shows correct chars (using an InstantClient 11), I assume this to be a problem of the OLite ODBC driver.
Does anybody have a hint on this problem?
Environment details:
Server: Oracle 10.2.0.3 Enterprise, Encoding AL32UTF8
OLite: 10.3.0.2
Client OS: Windows XP (different national settings, in this case: German)
