I have downloaded Patchset 6810189 - 10.2.0.4.0 PATCH SET FOR ORACLE DATABASE SERVER - Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) a number of times times but it appears the p6810189_10204_MSWIN-x86-64.zip file is corrupt. I have tried a number of unzip tools but they all say that the file cannot be unzipped.

Does anyone else have this problem?
