Upgrade from Oracle 11.5.10.2 to Oracle 12.1.1

 Dear community members,

Knowledge content and website for implementation guidelines.

My company will procure a server to install R12.1.1 and invite the users to test on the R12 playground before big bang implementation. The R12.1.1 testing will be for 9 months next year. So during this time we are still having 11.5.10.2 in Production.

We are testing all the manufactuiring modules, Finances modules, purchasing modules, order management module for R12 to see whether is there any gap in business functionality or business processes before we switch over.

I hope to get good summary materials or some good sites where there are implementation lesson learned or guidelines.
