Expense Auditors not always seeing Advance information
We are on 12.0.6 and have the OIE_Enable Advance profile option set to
"Both". Our Auditors say they do not always see when a traveler has not
applied an available advance. They have also mentioned they do not
always see when an advance has been applied.
My first thought was it was their browser not using the most current
version on the form but the IE (7) page refresh setting is to "Every
time I visit the webpage".
Any ideas?
