Assignment org show **** for employees with future dated assignment
When enrolling an employee (who has future dated assignment) into a class and having the class the same start date as the new assignment date, no organization data is shown when searching training data using OTA Enrollment Summary form. When searching for enrollment information using OLM Learning enrollment page data shows without any problem.
For instance, if class starts November 25, 2009 and employee has a change of assigment the same date, when searching using Enrollment Summary, the Assignment org fields shows *****, while the OLM Learning Enrollment shows the correct employee's organization.
We are using Oracle R12. However, we activated the Enrollment Summary form to perform search activities.
