i am unable to dawnload patch from my oracle support

 when i was useing metaling i was able  to download patch but after migration from metalink to my oracle support 1 unable to download patch and when i checked setting i saw i have no  patch download

grant when i trayed to edit it .its not allowing me to me edit .
