How to invoke/publish UPK documents in SSHR pages

Hi,

Can anyone please point us how to invoke/publish the UPK content that we created. We are trying to publish the content on SSHR pages. For example the Personal Information page on SSHR does not have the "Help" link...... how do we accomplish it. We have a url that will invoke the recording.... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
