Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Where do i download EM software for 9.2.0.4

The database version i'm using is 9.2.0.4 and i want to install EM on my new desktop running on Windows XP.

I was unable to locate the CD here and was unable to find the download link on Oracle website.

Can anybody help me advice on where to get this software.
