Oracle Tax simulator

Hi,

when we use oracle tax simulator , we are not able to generate the log ,(Log is getting generated only on few occasions like entering the transaction as soon as i open the form ),when i overwirte the existing transaction i am not getting any log

Also it is very difficult to understand the log file,Is there any document available for that?
