Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. i want to know the purpose of Transaction Account Builder of SLA ,How to define it?,How to to use it

Is it possible to default the Tax accounts in the distribution form with the help of TAB
