Want to lock some field once invoice has been saved

Hi All,

As we want to arrange some field (i.e supplier name, supplier number & supplier site) to lock once user saved any Invoice. System should not allowed to change supplier name, Number & site for that invoice once user has been saved the same.

Please suggest how can we achieve this...?
