Mass PO Price Update

Hi,

We have a requirement to have a mass PO price update facility. For example if there is a requirement to update PO prices of all items by say 5%, does Oracle provide a tool for the same. It need not be in PO module only, it can be iSupplier, Sourcing, Adv pricing etc.Please guide me on the same. Here is what is the problem description:

 Functionally, one of our biggest pain points is the amount of time that sourcing managers take each month or quarter to update pricing in each ERP system (or if they don't take the time to update the pricing, then the time they take to review pricing outfiles from invoicing and recover money from suppliers if we have issues.
