ROI Issue - Receipts of EXPENSE transactions failed with RVTTH-445: Subroutine returned error

 Hi All,

While migrating the receipts from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10 few receipts are of EXPENSE transactions are erroed at Interface level with the following error

Transactions for the receipt header not created RVTTH-445: Subroutine  returned error

Cause:        Subroutine  returned an internal error. 

Action:        Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. Contact your system administrator for assistance.
