Compile package of SYS. error

 dear all,
I try compile package of SYS on Oracle 11g , It's has error "ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel", some other package not facing this error.

What wrong with package, if needed how to recreate it ( DBMS_ADDM,DBMS_AQADM_SYS..)
