 Hi

we are using oracle9i database on windows operating system.The operating system has crash.we can't repair the operating system.But we have all the datafile and controlfile  on the system because they are install on another drive.If we again install the operating system how to recover database.i don't know  when OS has crash than database was in consistent or not.Please suggest me how to recover database.
