Ask : vmx flags in /proc/cpuinfo (OEL 4U7)

Dear all, i'm currently using OEL4 U7 on Hp DL380 G5 (E5430  @ 2.66GHz) server. i have  intel virtualization enabled option at bios level, but i can't still saw vmx flag on /proc/cpuinfo, here is the output :
flags           : fpu vme de pse tsc msr pae mce cx8 apic mtrr pge mca cmov pat pse36 clflush dts acpi mmx fxsr sse sse2 ss ht tm pbe lm constant_tsc pni monitor ds_cpl est tm2 xtpr

The other output resulted by x86info is :
