Create DB contol Repository after delete it.

 I have delete DB Control Repository object manualy explained in ID 278100.1 option 4. Now I am trying to create it using: 'emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create'
but I receive the error ' ORA-39706' sysman schema doesn't exists.

I know that it doesn't exist because I have just dropped.
