encounter "500 Internal error" after click "Start" from obpstart.html

 Dear:      after new install Oracle Budget and Planning, and open the obpstart.html by client PC, there always encounter the error:  500 Internal server error.

    And the popup windows link is : http:/****:7777/oowa-bin/oowaro/ExpSrv634/xwd_init?&27%2fdiscovery%2fofa_folder%2fcode%27/fs.start/zh-cn.................

   It's very important issue, we could not access the OPB web page , and any job stop and waitting for it...  Anybody could provide any suggesttion will be highly appreicated....
