Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC)

 I have been trying to start a DB console on a Doze box.  Database is 10.2.0.4 (64 Bit).  Tons of memory available (other than what is claimed by Oracle).  I am thinking this may be an agent problem, but I am not sure.

Anybody seen this before, and if you did, how did you fix it..??
