Autoaccounting Segment Values

Does anyone know of a way to change the value within the Autoaccounting > Unearned Revenue screen for the block  'Segment'? We are seeing both segment 7 & 8 as Statutory, however, segment 8 should be Local. With 11.5.10 upgrade. the autoinvoice is failing as we cannot have the same segment twice. Any suggestions on how to edit/delete this segment?
