UI Configuration Data in Admin

 I'm trying to access the UI Configuration Data option under System Settings -> Product Portfolio Management . It doesn't comeup with anything but a blank page and a sand clock that shows something is in process. I tried to keep it undisturbed to see if it loads anything, Its almost seven hours now and nothing yet happened but the same blank page with a sand clock.

Did anyone experience the same issue. If so, What did you have to do to resolve it? Please advice.
