How to create Single Contract for Multiple Service Items in an Order

Hi Everyone,

Need you help to understand what needs to be done to achieve the below in oracle Application -11.5.8

I have an Order A with 4 different Serviceable Items and attached to 4 service item. The service item is same but attached to different line.

My question is : How do I create a single contract having the service lines as sublines to the contract.

Do I need to change any setups?
Please let me know.
