Removing archive logs

How do I remove archive logs? The database is currently in noarchivelog mode.
The archive logs and flashback recovery is all that is currently on the system.
I haven't configured RMAN to do any backups. I have windows server enhanced backups of disks.

I want to start afresh and get the backup and recovery correct.
