OTL projects are not available in Projects module

Hi Friends, I was wondering that some of the projects are not available in Projects responsibility (11.5.10.2), but the same projects are available when entering time cards in OTL. Can anybody explain me that where can I get those OTL projects number/name in Projects responsibility? Thanks in advance, Surya
