How to change password in MOS ?

 Hello ,

I have a question,  how can I change my password in MOS ?, when I try to change it in Account & Privileges and click in the little pencil, it gives me an 404 error message and when I go to oracle.com and try to edit my details in my account, I get the same error. What should I do ?
