Error in "Distribute Labor Costs"

Hi Folks,

I have an issue in Projects (11.5.10.2) as mentioned below.

I ran the request "PRC: Distribute Labor Costs" after transaction import from OTL and the output is showing an error as Rejection Reason: "No open Projects Accounting p"

In metalink, there is a solution to change the profile option "PA: Enable Budget Integration and Budgetary Control Feature" value from NO to YES. I did the same, but still the problem persists,

So, can anybody help me in this issue please.
