Database parameters

 Hi, We've a 9.2.0.3 database on prod instance and we look for the note 216205.1 for verifying the value's parameters and we observ that wehave to change some values as per "Appendix D:table on this note ?

Is it a simply  change of values because the users number has increased to up 101users  ?

Can you guide or give us more idea or indications about those changes ?
