How to know which community to post to?

Currently we use only one Oracle product, Oracle Identity Manager/Access Manager.  I want to access the community for this product only, but cannot find it.  In the KnowledgeBase, Identity Management is a category under Middleware, and I can find all the information I need there.  But in the Support Community, I do not see Identity Management as a category under Middleware.  This is very confusing.
