Unable to View an Existing SR in MOS Flash Version

Hi,
Has anyone else experienced this problem?  I have an existing SR, but I can only select it from my list of SR's while in HTML mode of MOS.  If I click on the SR number within the Flash version, a little bubble floats in from the upper righthand corner, saying "Exception occurred."  That's all the detail it tells me, and it occurs every time.
