catelog item price change not reflected in shopping cart

 We recently updated the price of a catelog item. I changed it in Master items, and also changed in the actual blanket order as well. Did a catelog Uploader for items, and on my screen all pricing reflects correctly. I am using Oracle 11.5.10.2 and IE 6

One of my end users goes into iProcurement and searches for this particular item, finds it and the new pricing is reflected correctly, but when he adds it to cart, the old price is reflected. I have had him clear his IE cache, and try again and it still is the same. i use his computer and log in as myself, and all correct pricing is reflected, log back in as him, and still reflecting old pricing in the shopping cart. Can anyone point in the right direction to serch for this error/bug?
